TENDER DESCRIPTION

Repair of the roof of the gymnasium 1) Contract title: Repair of the roof of the gymnasium. 2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract – OPZ (project documentation, technical specification for execution and acceptance of construction works - STWiORB, bill of quantities, roof sections, roof plans) and in the planned provisions of the contract, which constitute Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, available on the website of the ongoing procedure. The Contractor(s) is/are obliged to perform the contract ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities. The remuneration for performing the subject matter of the contract will be paid to the Contractor within 30 days from the date of final acceptance. 3) The minimum required warranty period for the subject matter of the contract: 36 months (constitutes an bid evaluation criterion); 4) Performance period: by 15.11.2026 – necessity to settle the task. 5) The Contracting Authority intends to allocate an amount for the performance of the contract: PLN 230,426.04.
