TENDER DESCRIPTION
Roof repair with replacement of the lightning protection system at a multi-family residential building at ul. Skokowa 7 in Warsaw The subject of the contract is execution of construction works consisting in: 1) dismantling gutters, downpipes and sheet-metal flashings; 2) removing lumps/bumps of bitumen felt roof covering; 3) repairing the thermally bonded bitumen felt roof covering; 4) performing a liquid roof membrane; 5) sheet-metal flashings made of coated sheet metal; 6) replacement of the lightning protection system; 7) cleaning works, removal of debris, and disposal of post-renovation waste. All construction works shall be carried out in accordance with: - the tender cost estimates; - the technical specification for performance and acceptance of the works; - the requirements of the Ordering Party set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
