TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the renovation of municipal and internal roads in the Siepraw Commune. 2. Part 1: Renovation of an internal road (ul. Brzeg) in Siepraw. 3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, divided into individual parts, includes: - design documentation - Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, - Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works - Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ, - for auxiliary purposes, Bill of quantities - Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. Pursuant to the rules of the lump-sum remuneration form covered by this procedure, the bill of quantities is an informational and auxiliary document. 4. The subject matter of the contract includes the performance of all temporary and accompanying works necessary for the execution of the subject matter of the contract, carrying out measurements, tests and acceptances, all other activities and documents necessary for the proper execution of construction works.
