Part 1: Repair of the municipal road in the locality of Charbinowice, plot no. 357055T, from km 0+000 to km 0+800, length 800 mb. The subject of the contract is described in detail in: For Parts No 1 and 2: a) design documentation (hereinafter also referred to as the documentation), which constitutes an attachment to the SWZ (specification of the contract terms), containing: — construction design; — technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; b) bill of quantities — an attachment to the SWZ. The bill of quantities attached to the SWZ is for information purposes only. After becoming familiar with the design documentation and other documents, the Contractor is required to determine the scope of works necessary to achieve the result.
