TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is works in the scope of road renovation in the Municipality of Zakliczyn as part of removing the effects of natural disasters. The detailed material scope has been specified below, within the scope of the individual parts: Part I: Renovation of the municipal road no. 203360K Zakliczyn - Paleśnica - Jamna in the locality of Paleśnica from km 0+000 - 0+415, in km 0+419 - 0+596, in km 0+601-1+225 and in km 1+229 - 2+500. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the OPZ (appendix no. 6 to the SWZ), the bill of quantities for the works constituting appendices to these Terms of Contract Conditions, hereinafter referred to as „SWZ” (appendix no. 5). The bills of quantities constituting an appendix to the SWZ are of an auxiliary nature. 1.
