TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) Part 1 of the contract – “Renovation of the municipal road, Polna Street in Suśiec” a) The list of documents defining the description of the subject matter of the contract within the framework of design documentation and the bill of quantities is specified in – Annex No 1 to the SWZ b) The Contracting Authority informs that the bill of quantities constitutes only supporting material for the purposes of pricing the bid and for determining the price in additional contracts (if any) or reducing the scope of works. c) The annexes referred to in point 1) a) and point 1) b) shall be made available by the Contracting Authority on the website on which the SWZ has been made available. d) It is recommended that Bidders carry out a site visit in the area where the task is to be performed and in its vicinity in order to assess the documents and information provided within the framework of this procedure by the Contracting Authority.
