TENDER DESCRIPTION
Repair of internal municipal roads within the Municipality of Cisna in the towns of Smerek and Wetlina 1. The subject of the procedure is construction works involving the repair of internal municipal roads within the Municipality of Cisna in the towns of Smerek and Wetlina. 2. The subject matter of the contract comprises: 1) Repair of the internal municipal road with cadastral identification number 171, cadastral district 0015 Wetlina 182102_2 Cisna; 2) Repair of the internal municipal road with cadastral identification number 169/3, cadastral district 0015 Wetlina 182102_2 Cisna; 3) Repair of the internal municipal road with cadastral identification number 135, 142, cadastral district 0012 Smerek 182102_2 Cisna. 3. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Design Documentation constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and in the bill of quantities constituting Annexes No. 9-11 to the SWZ. 4. Other information is provided in Section 4 of the SWZ.
