TENDER DESCRIPTION

Road repair, plot no. 824/2 and 815 in Kawice – II notice The subject of the contract is to carry out the repair of an internal road damaged during the flood in 2024, with adaptation to the traffic category – KR2 – plot no. 824/2 and 815 in the cadastral district of Kawice. The repaired carriageway will be made of asphalt concrete with a width of 4.5 m, with shoulders on both sides with a width of 0.50 m, including the repair of driveway entrances. Summary of areas: • asphalt concrete surface – 3 505 m², • length of asphalt concrete surface – 761 m. All construction works described in the technical documentation constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ are required to be performed by the Contractor in accordance with the documentation and the principles of technical knowledge, construction art, applicable standards and provisions of law, on the conditions specified in the concluded agreement, the draft of which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
