TENDER DESCRIPTION
Renovation of the municipal road ul. Gaikowa in the locality of Wilczkowice 1. The subject of the contract is the renovation of the public municipal road No 600505K ul. Gaikowa in the locality of Wilczkowice, Municipality of Michałowice, on plots no.: 414/1, 49/4, 49/5, 34/6, 51, 50, 409, 52/3, covered by notification AB-V.6743.121.2026.MMC (certificate No AB-V.6743.3.190.2026.MMC), hereinafter referred to as “Investment”. 2. The subject of the contract must be carried out in accordance with: 1) Design documentation – (Annex No 8 to the SWZ); 2) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) – (Annex No 9 to the SWZ); 3) Bill of quantities / Offer cost estimate – (Annex No 10 to the SWZ); 4) Draft contractual provisions (PPU) – (Annex No 11 to the SWZ); 5) all arrangements, opinions, administrative decisions, 6) this Specification of Terms of the Contract. 3. The documents listed above are to be treated as mutually supplementing each other.
