Renovation of the municipal road ul. S. Żeromskiego (117957D) in Bielawa connecting the voivodeship road No 384 and the district road No 2877D with the stop of Koleje Dolnośląskich Bielawa Centralna – stage IV 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in carrying out the task entitled: Renovation of the municipal road ul. S. Żeromskiego (117957D) in Bielawa connecting the voivodeship road No 384 and the district road No 2877D with the stop of Koleje Dolnośląskich Bielawa Centralna – stage IV. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority regarding performance and acceptance shall specify: 1) Part III of the SWZ – the description of the subject of the contract, which consists in particular of: technical/design documentation, bill of quantities, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and other instructions of the Contracting Authority. 2) Draft contract provisions for a public contract, which will be included in the contract for the public contract – constitute Part II of the SWZ - the draft contract.
