Road repair No. 115681 D, plot No. 509, cadastral district 0003 Karpacz” – Bolesław Prus Street in Karpacz 1. The subject of the contract is the repair of Road No. 115681 D, plot No. 509, cadastral district 0003 Karpacz – Bolesław Prus Street in Karpacz, damaged as a result of the flood in September 2024. 2. The task is carried out as part of the removal of the effects of natural disasters, for which the Municipality of Karpacz obtained co-financing from the European Union Solidarity Fund. 1. The contract includes, depending on needs, in particular: 1) preparation of technical documentation: a) widening of the road to drain stormwater to the existing linear drainage, b) strengthening the shoulder with MEBA-type cellular paving slabs; 2) obtaining all consents required by law for the performance of the subject of the contract: a) a valid building permit or making an effective notification of works, b) arrangements and opinions regarding utility services on the site (if required); 3) performance of construction works (in accordance with the bill of quantities) including in particular: a) widening of the road in order to drain stormwater to the existing linear drainage - approx. 405…
