TENDER DESCRIPTION
Renovation of the poviat road No. 1440G in the town of Darzlubie. 1. The subject of the contract is “Renovation of the poviat road No. 1440G in the town of Darzlubie”.2. The Contractor shall provide at least 12 months of warranty and liability under the statutory warranty (warranty and rękojmia) for the completed construction works.3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor whose tender is selected as the most advantageous has civil liability insurance for personal injury and property damage caused to third parties in the scope of its business activity related to the subject of the contract, for an amount not less than PLN 500,000.00 (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys).4. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ “Detailed description of the subject of the contract” (SOPZ) and Annex No. 6.1 to the SWZ “technical documentation”.
