TENDER DESCRIPTION

Repair of county road No 2464D Leśna - Bożkowice - Biedrzychowice damaged as a result of flooding in September 2024. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works for the task entitled: “Repair of county road No 2464D Leśna – Bożkowice – Biedrzychowice damaged as a result of flooding in September 2024.” The subject of the contract must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations in this respect, in particular with the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418). The task includes the repair of a section of county road No 2464D Leśna – Bożkowice – Biedrzychowice at km 0+180–5+460 in the localities of Leśna, Kościelnik Górne, Bożkowice and Zapusta, over a section of 5.280 km. County road No 2464D in the indicated section is located within an inhabited area. The road repair includes the reconstruction of culverts under the road and at driveways, profiling of drainage ditches, construction of access points to municipal roads and properties, as well as agricultural land.
