TENDER DESCRIPTION

Road repair in Chyżne. 1. The subject of the contract comprises the task entitled: “Road repair in Chyżne” in accordance with the requirements specified in the Terms of Contract Specification, and in accordance with construction practices and technical knowledge, applicable provisions of law, in particular technical and construction-related provisions, industry standards and PN. 2. The scope of works, activities necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the contract referred to in clause 1, includes in particular: - execution of the subbase, - execution of a crushed-stone surface. 3.
