TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part I - Gen. J. Dąbrowskiego 30/21. The subject of the contract is to carry out the renovation of a residential premises from the municipal housing stock in Gorzów Wlkp., with financial support from the Funds for Housing Allowances Fund under the terms set out in the Act of 8 December 2006 on financial support for certain housing projects, in accordance with the project documentation. The scope of this part concerns the premises at Gen. J. Dąbrowskiego 30/2 in Gorzów Wlkp. 2. The scope of the works includes general construction and installation works, in accordance with the attached bill of quantities and scope of works; ATTENTION! The works will be carried out in active (occupied) buildings/premises, in the uninhabited premises forming part of the municipal stock. The Contracting Authority will provide the Contractor with access to utilities, i.e. water and electric power. There is an option to store equipment and construction materials in the premises where the works will be carried out, but this is done at the Contractor’s own responsibility. 3.
