TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of two culverts along DP 1201N (m. Włodowo). 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the renovation of two culverts along DP 1201N (m. Włodowo). 2. The subject of the contract shall be performed on the basis of: a bill of quantities of works, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, the SWZ (terms of reference), in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and construction practice. 3. The works will be carried out on the basis of a works notification submitted to the Building and Investment Department at the District Office in Olsztyn, pl. Bema 54. 4. The culvert is located in the locality of Włodowo at cadastral lots no. 1/1 and 6/6, obręb Włodowo, gmina Świątki. 5. Scope of works: 1) Excavations in ground, demolition of damaged road elements and the culvert, together with disposal; 2) Construction of the culvert foundation strip; 3) Installation of the culvert pipe; 4) Backfilling of the excavation, construction of an embankment with shaping of the slopes; 5) Mechanical milling of the existing bituminous pavement; 6) Incorporation of AC16W-KR3, thickness 5 cm; 7) Incorporation of AC11S-KR3, thickness 4…
