TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the building façade at 27 Karola Miarki Street in Kamienna Góra The subject of the contract is the performance of construction and conservation works in order to carry out an investment consisting in the renovation of the façade of the building at 27 Karola Miarki Street in Kamienna Góra together with the replacement of window joinery. The building is located on plot according to the land register No. 60, cadastral district 6 of the city of Kamienna Góra. The subject of the contract also includes the preparation of a conservators’ works programme covering the repair of stone elements (architectural decoration elements of the front façade, plinth), by an authorized stone conservator. The task is co-financed by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship under the grant awarded for conservation, restoration works or construction works at monuments entered in the register of monuments, located in the area of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for 2026.
