Renovation of the façade of the Rymanów Municipal Office building Scope of the works: renovation of the façade of the Rymanów Municipal Office building, ul. Mitkowskiego 14a, including: a) painting of the façade walls and the soffit/slab overhang above the façade on the front elevation – approx. 227 m2, b) façade renovation consisting in dismantling the reinforced layer of the façade, cladding made of façade tiles, the façade render, puncturing/fastening (dowel fixing) of the thermal insulation layer made of polystyrene boards, execution of the reinforced layer of the façade, façade render – approx. 580 m2, c) replacement of external window sills in the renovated portion of the façade, d) dismantling and reinstallation of downspouts, canopies over the external stairs, CCTV monitoring cameras – 4 pcs, fire alarm sounder device, external lighting fixtures – 13 pcs, e) replacement of covers of junction boxes of the lightning protection system – 4 pcs, f) replacement of the board (size 3.0 x 3.5 m) with the coat of arms on the front wall with a plexiglass plate, thickness min. 8 mm (painting of the coat of arms on the façade is permitted – graffiti).
