TENDER DESCRIPTION

"Renovation of the façade and roof elements of the building housing the Municipal Police (Straż Miejska) in Toruń" (in the "design and build" formula). The scope of design works includes the following activities: 1) Carrying out an inventory of the building to the extent necessary for preparing design documentation for renovation works (archival inventory of the building available at the Ordering Party’s premises and the drawings attached to the PFU may be treated only as auxiliary material); 2) Preparing a technical opinion together with an assessment of the technical condition of the façade elements of the building, the gutters/downpipes system (ornamented rainwater drainage/orynnowanie) and the roof that are subject to renovation works; 3) Developing design documentation for the renovation of the façade, the gutters/downpipes system (ornamented rainwater drainage/or rynnowanie) and the roof of the building housing the Municipal Police (Straż Miejska) in Toruń, taking into account the conclusions and recommendations contained in the prepared technical opinion; 4) Obtaining all necessary, required under law administrative decisions, technical conditions, expert opinions,…
