TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the façade along with improvement of paved areas at the WTZ in Majdan Zahorodyński 4.1. The subject of the contract is to carry out renovation of the façade along with improvement of paved areas at the WTZ in Majdan Zahorodyński. 4.2. The subject of the contract includes: 4.2.1. dismantling of external window sills; 4.2.2. dismantling of gutters and downspouts; 4.2.3. dismantling of the façade expanded-polystyrene cladding; 4.2.4. dismantling of paved areas by the building in a strip of width 1.0, with widening at the entrance; 4.2.5. main (work) together with edging strips; 4.2.6. dismantling and disposal of the basement doors; 4.2.7. excavating foundations to a depth of 50 cm below ground level; 4.2.8. making damp-proof insulation; 4.2.9. making thermal insulation of the plinth; 4.2.10. making thermal insulation of the external walls; 4.2.11. installation of an air vent in the boiler room with a diameter of 160 mm; 4.2.12. installation of sheet-metal flashings, external window sills, and the chute to the basement; 4.2.13. installation of gutters and downspouts; 4.2.14. restoring paved areas with paving stones.
