Renovation of a garage located in the basement of the OSP fire station building in Szczawnica in order to arrange there a storage facility for OLiOC 3.1.1 The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the renovation of the garage rooms in the basement of the OSP fire station building in Szczawnica together with the renovation of the driveway surface under the garage. 3.1.2 The contract includes in particular: Construction of drainage of groundwater to a drainage well in the driveway together with the reinstatement of the hardened surface; plugging three openings in the wall in the last room; chiselling off crumbling wall plaster; applying new plaster together with repainting the walls and ceiling; chiselling up the old floor; performing damp-proof insulation under the floor and installing a new industrial floor made of polyurethane resin; installation of room ventilators; appropriate marking of ceiling and lintel depressions; securing wall corners against mechanical damage; making an approach for connecting an external power generator; replacing light sources with energy-saving fluorescent lamps; installing a fireman’s emergency power…
