Renovation of a warehouse hall together with adaptation for the function of a civil defense warehouse in Fałkowo The subject of the contract is to adapt a hall for the function of a civil defense warehouse, enabling the safe storage of stock of materials. After completion of the works, the facility should ensure year-round use, appropriate technical conditions, and maintaining a temperature of at least +8°C. The existing building is a warehouse hall with a reinforced-concrete structure, a trough-slab roof, a concrete industrial floor, and a loading/unloading ramp. The load-bearing structure is in a condition that allows for further operation. The roof, façade, floor and electrical installation require renovation.
