TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation and adaptation of the Civil Protection storehouse – stage 2 The subject of the contract is the renovation and adaptation of the Civil Protection storehouse – stage 2. The renovation and adaptation will be carried out in the rooms on the first floor of the building in Zawadzkie at Stawowa 6, for the purpose of a civil protection storehouse. The project is a continuation of an investment carried out in 2025. The renovated rooms form an integral part of the building of the OSP Zawadzkie fire station, but they have separate entrances and independent utilities connections (electricity, water, sewerage), which allows them to function independently as storage spaces. The contract covers in particular:- demolition of walls,- replacement of the electrical installation,- renovation of the plumbing installation,- renovation of the stairwell,- renovation of floors and installation of flooring,- plastering works,- works in the scope of door joinery,- painting works,- construction of drainage with drainage outlet.
