Renovation and cleaning of wells at the water intake and water treatment system at ul. Poniatowskiego 1 in Prudnik 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out works consisting in the renovation of an existing water treatment station facility and water intakes, conducting hydraulic and technological start-up tests of the equipment, and training for operation. At present, the water intake and the filtration station for removing manganese and iron from water are taken out of operation due to damage caused by the flood in September 2024. 2. Scope of the contract in accordance with the project documentation: the description of the subject of the contract, the bill of quantities, and the technical specifications. Information regarding the contractor’s conduct of a site inspection or verification of documents necessary for the performance of the contract referred to in Article 131(2) of the Pzp. 3.
