TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) renovation of the basement, 2) execution of anti-moisture insulation, 3) renovation and modernization of ventilation, 4) renovation of the roof, 5) replacement of window joinery in residential units and in the basement, 6) conversion of the layout/structure of residential units in connection with the allocation of bathrooms, 7) thermal insulation of the basement ceiling, attic ceiling and above the stairwell, as well as the walls of the attic, 8) renovation of the façade, 9) installation of a curb/border and a sidewalk/footpath by the building, 10) electrical works including: a) replacement of the internal supply line and administrative circuits together with the installation of lighting fixtures, b) installation of switchboards: main, for residential units, of the main fire-protection switch, c) installation of a lightning protection system and equipotential bonding connections, d) installation of a door-entry/intercom system, e) installation of an RTV-SAT system, f) installation of structured cabling, g) electrical installations in the units in connection with the conversion of the units’ structure, 11) sanitary works…
