TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject of the contract 1) The subject of the contract is to prepare complete multi-disciplinary design-and-cost-estimate documentation, provide author’s supervision, and carry out construction works on the basis thereof. The project is titled: “Renovation and redevelopment of the building at Aleja Franciszka Mamuszki 14 in Sopot for a Conference-Cultural-Educational Centre – re-submission”. 2) The works must be carried out in accordance with the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU). The Contractor is obliged to perform all activities necessary for the proper completion of the investment and for obtaining the final decision on permission to use the facility. 3) The Contracting Authority recommends conducting a site visit in order to familiarise oneself with the conditions for carrying out the contract.
