Renovation and redevelopment of rooms in the social building in the sorting hall and in the guardhouse building of the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant Spytkowo Sp. z o.o. The subject of this contract is the renovation and redevelopment of rooms in the social building in the sorting hall and in the guardhouse building of the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant Spytkowo Sp. z o.o. The redevelopment of the rooms will be carried out on the ground floor of the social building located directly in the municipal waste sorting hall. It will involve demolition of parts of existing walls of the dining room, the dining room vestibule and the adjoining room in order to enlarge the dining room itself. It will also include redevelopment of internal sanitary installations: water supply and sewage. Renovation of the social building and the guardhouse / weighing station will consist of comprehensive refurbishment of internal finishes of the rooms, i.e. breaking off loose plaster, repairing voids/damage, plastering, replacement of part of the finishes of suspended ceilings, filling/smoothing (puttying), painting, replacement of ceramic finishes (floor and wall tiles), replacement of part of sanitary…
