1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in carrying out renovation and thermal modernization comprising the project entitled “Improving energy efficiency in the listed building of the University Library of UMK in Toruń together with the installation of RES equipment” at Gagarina 13 Street in Toruń. 2. The detailed scope of works and the requirements for performing the ordered works form part of the description of the subject of the contract — technical documentation contained in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. In the event that, in the provisions of the procurement documents, references are made to proprietary names, types, models, symbols, such references shall be understood as references to a product as an example. 3. Contract codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 45453000-7, 45300000-0, 45310000-3, 45332200-5. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders.
