TENDER DESCRIPTION
Part I Execution of a task from the Citizen Budget, Task 1. W211DL – modernization of the pavement on ul. Okólna along the section: ul. Opolska towards ul. Brylantowa, Task 2. W175ST – modernization of the pavement on ul. Jędrowizna along the section: ul. Hyrna towards ul. Juhasowa 4.2. The contract has been divided into parts. The Contracting Authority does not allow the Contractor to submit tenders for more than one part of the contract. 4.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the ToR (SWZ) and in the contract template constituting Appendix No 7 to the ToR (SWZ) (one template for all parts of the procedure). 6. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE DEADLINE The contract should be performed: Part I from the date of signature of the contract until 30.11.2026. 8.4. In the case of contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, the Contractors may, pursuant to Article 124(2) of the Public Procurement Law, instead of the relevant documentary evidence relating to the Contractor, submit a certificate confirming the granting of certification for public procurement contractors within the scope of not being subject to exclusion or…
