TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the dormitory. 1. The subject of the contract is a construction work consisting of performing renovation works, in the residential part of the palace wing (female part of the dormitory), which is used by the Zespołu Szkół Leśnych i Ekologicznych in Brynek. The building is located within the Zespół Pałacowo-Parkowy entered in the register of monuments of the Silesian Voivodeship under No. Rej. A/686/66. Lump-sum settlement. 2. The renovation works include: a) restoration of wooden parquet floors/replacement of panels in sleeping rooms, b) painting of the walls of the entrance hall, corridor and rooms, c) shifting the door opening within an internal wall, d) renovation of the bathroom, e) modernization of the electrical installation. The obligation to report the commencement and completion of the works to the Silesian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments. Validity period of the permit – until 31.12.2026. 3.
