TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service titled “Repair of floating units after icebreaking operations in order to renew the certificate of navigational capability of icebreakers Nerpa and Manat”, consisting in the Contractor performing maintenance works on the floating units Nerpa and Manat in order to keep the validity of the EU Certificate of Navigational Capability after the icebreaking operation. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are specified in: - Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) – Annex No 1 to the SWZ, - Draft contract provisions (PPU) – Annex No 8 to the SWZ. 2. Contract performance deadline: up to 40 calendar days from the date of handing over the first unit to the Contractor, as confirmed by a protocol signed bilaterally by duly authorised representatives. The deadline for handing over the first unit should be no longer than 14 days from the date of entering into the contract.
