Description: The subject of the contract is to carry out a repair of the sanitary sewer system. Settlement of the subject of the contract shall be on a lump-sum basis. The Contractor shall prepare its offer on the basis of design documentation, these descriptions, requirements, and bills of quantities. Within the scope of performing the subject of the contract and within the scope of the remuneration offered, the Contractor is obliged to organise, carry out and secure the works in such a way that during their performance the building functions without interruption and that it is possible to discharge sewage on an ongoing basis to the combined sewer system.
