Renovation of the stairwell in the Spa Hospital “Dom Zdrojowy” The scope of works together with their description is included in the documentation constituting the attachments to the SWZ:Note: Works will be carried out in an operating facility!!!The scope of works and their description are according to the attachment to the application.Documentation:1. Interior design project – “Renovation of the stairwell in the Spa Hospital ‘Dom Zdrojowy’” – by mgr inż. arch. Monika Majerkowska.2. Bills of quantities.3. Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.Before submitting the bid, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility for the Contractor to carry out a site visit of the area where the investment will be implemented. The site visit is non-mandatory and serves as an auxiliary activity for preparing the bid.The Contracting Authority will enable the site visit after prior arrangement of the date via the Purchasing Platform handling the procedure.
