TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the stairwell together with the replacement of the electrical installation in a residential building at 7 Skokowa Street in Warsaw The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in: - scraping/finishing existing plaster;- filling in interior plaster;- double painting with emulsion paints;- painting works and related works;- replacement of the main switchboard;- replacement of local switchboards;- replacement of cabling for the intercom installation;- carrying out post-completion measurements;- performing acceptance of the works by the Energy Company after completion of the works;- cleaning works, removal of rubble. All construction works must be carried out in accordance with: - the renovation project for the electrical installation,- the bill of quantities prepared by the Contractor using the detailed cost-estimating method,- the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works; - the requirements of the Contracting Authority included in the description of the subject of the contract.
