The renovation consists in restoring the façade walls and replacing worn, damaged wall-floor coverings, external door joinery, window joinery, and sanitary-electrical fitting elements of the apartment, as well as replacing the heating unit. Detailed information has been specified in point 3 of the SWZ and in the attachments to the procedure.
