Renovation of residential premises (2 units) that are the property of the Capital City of Warsaw, managed by ZGN Wola of the Capital City of Warsaw – TZOM Ogrodowa in 2026 The subject matter of the contract is the renovation of residential premises (2 units) that are the property of the Capital City of Warsaw, managed by ZGN Wola of the Capital City of Warsaw – TZOM Ogrodowa in 2026. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ. The works covered by the subject matter of the contract include general construction, sanitary and electrical works that must be carried out in accordance with the scope of works specified in the bills of quantities and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, which are attachments to the SWZ. The bills of quantities define the scope of works that constitutes the basis for calculating the lump-sum remuneration value for individual premises.
