The subject of the contract is the renovation of residential premises owned 100% by the Capital City of Warsaw, managed by ZGN WOLA and TZOM Młynów (4 premises: Rabsztyńska, Staszica, Syreny). The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract on the basis of the terms and conditions described in the draft contract provisions constituting an integral part of the SWZ. Works covered by the subject of the contract include general construction, sanitary and electrical works that must be performed in accordance with the scope of works specified in the bills of quantities and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, which constitute appendices to the SWZ.
