The subject of the contract is the renovation of residential premises that are 100% owned by the City of Warsaw (m.st. Warszawy), administered by ZGN Wola, TZOM Młynów (4 premises). The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ. The works covered by the subject matter of the contract include general construction, sanitary and electrical works, which must be carried out in accordance with the scope of works specified in the bills of quantities and in the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, which constitute annexes to the SWZ.
