Renovation of residential premises—vacant units within the district of Ochota of the Capital City of Warsaw (Bohaterów Września 19 m 12, Opaczewska 28 m 29) 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out renovation of two residential units—vacant units within the district of Ochota of the Capital City of Warsaw, i.e.: a) a unit with an area of 34.40 m2 at ul. Bohaterów Września 19 m 12, b) a unit with an area of 34.32 m2 at ul. Opaczewska 28 m 29. 2. The contract includes performing the following works: 1) As part of the basic building works, the following works are included: a) replacement of wooden window joinery with PVC, b) replacement of door joinery, c) floor renovation, d) masonry and plastering works, e) glazing works, f) tiling works, g) painting works. 2) As part of the basic sanitary works, the following works are included: a) replacement of sanitary and gas appliances, b) replacement of connections to sanitary appliances, c) replacement of fittings/components, d) partial replacement of small local pipelines/lines (lokalówki), e) testing the leak tightness of the water and gas installations. 3) As part of the basic electrical works, the following works are included: a)…
