TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of residential premises owned by the City of Warsaw (m.st. Warszawy), managed by ZGN Wola m.st. Warszawy, within the area of TZOM Nowolipki (3 premises). The subject of the contract is the renovation of residential premises owned by the City of Warsaw (m.st. Warszawy), managed by ZGN Wola m.st. Warszawy, within the area of TZOM Nowolipki (3 premises). The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contract provisions constituting an integral part of the SWZ. The works covered by the contract include general construction, plumbing and electrical works, which must be carried out according to the scope of works specified in the bills of quantities and in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, which are attachments to the SWZ. The bills of quantities specify the scope of works that serves as the basis for calculating the lump-sum remuneration value for the individual premises.
