TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of residential premises owned by the m.st. Warsaw, managed by ZGN Wola m.st. Warsaw within the area of TZOM Nowolipki (4 premises) 1. The subject matter of the contract is: renovation of residential premises owned by the m.st. Warsaw, managed by ZGN Wola m.st. Warsaw within the area of TZOM Nowolipki (4 premises). 2. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract according to the rules and conditions described in the designed contract provisions which form an integral part of the SWZ. Works covered by the subject matter of the contract include general construction, plumbing and electrical works, which must be carried out in accordance with the scope of works specified in the bills of quantities and in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, which constitute attachments to the SWZ. The bills of quantities specify the scope of works that provides the basis for calculating the lump-sum remuneration value for individual premises.
