1.1 Part 1 – Renovation of social premises managed by Bytomskie Mieszkania: ul. Czajkowskiego 17/3, ul. Olszewskiego 4/3.1.1.1 The scope of construction and installation works is varied and includes general construction works, plastering-and-painting works, painting works, carpentry works, floor covering works, carpentry works.1.1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the conditions for performing and accepting the works constitute Appendix No 1.1.a to the SWZ – Specification for Performance and Acceptance of Works1.1.3 The Ordering Party attaches bill of quantities (Appendix No 1.1 to the SWZ) as non-binding material. Attached bill of quantities are of an indicative nature and should be treated as supporting material for a quick and general assessment of the scope of work and the size of the undertaking.
