“Renovation of a residential premises for the purpose of establishing a supported housing unit in the Municipality of Drawno” 1. The subject of the contract is the renovation of a residential premises for the purpose of establishing a supported housing unit in the Municipality of Drawno. 2. Scope of works to be performed: - carrying out modernisation and renovation works in the residential unit no. 87/1 with a floor area of 66.94 m2, located at ul. Choszczeńska in Drawno, plot no. 578/1, cadastral district 0006 Drawno; - securing the area where the works are carried out and the building against access by third parties, including carrying out the necessary organisational and technical safety measures; - carrying out demolition works (flooring layers, suspended ceiling, partition walls, existing plaster); - carrying out dismantling works (door joinery, wall claddings, insulation, trims, claddings, sanitary fixtures and fittings); - sorting, loading, transport away and utilisation of waste; - construction of new installations: ● electrical, together with fittings; ● cold water and DHW (domestic hot water) together with devices requiring installation (washing machine, dishwasher,…
