Renovation of the premises of the “Na Targówku” Environmental Self-Help House at ul. Suwalska 11 in Warsaw 1. The subject of the contract includes the performance of comprehensive renovation works at the “Na Targówku” Environmental Self-Help House at ul. Suwalska 11 in Warsaw, carried out in two stages with the premises divided into two parts, in a manner that enables its ongoing use during the working hours of the employees and during classes. The scope of works includes securing the rooms, demolition works, renovation and finishing works, including the installation and completion of floors, partitions and pre-partitions GK, plastering, smoothing compound, insulation, claddings and painting, replacing suspended cassette ceilings and replacing door and window joinery. The contract also includes the installation and modernization of sanitary installations, central heating, water and sewage, air conditioning and electrical installations along with the necessary measurements and acceptance procedures.
