Part 1 – 81/10 Le Ronda Street, 21/4 Kantorówny Street includes repair or replacement of the electrical, gas and plumbing (water and sewage) installations with replacement of fittings, replacement or adjustment or painting of window and door joinery, repair or replacement of floors, and painting of walls and ceilings. NOTE: The stairwell in the building at 81 Le Ronda Street is not heated, while in the building at 21 Kantorówny Street it is heated. Detailed information concerning the subject of the contract, including at least the required guarantee period and the requirement to be employed under an employment contract, is provided in Chapter III of the SWZ and in the procurement documents constituting attachments to the SWZ.
