TENDER DESCRIPTION
Part 1 – ul. Le Ronda 81/10, ul. Kantorówny 21/4 includes repair or replacement of the electrical, gas and water-sewer (water-kan) installations with replacement of fittings, replacement or adjustment or painting of window and door joinery, repair or replacement of floors, painting of walls and ceilings. NOTE: The stairwell in the building at ul. Le Ronda 81 is not heated; in the building at ul. Kantorówny 21 it is heated. Detailed information regarding the subject of the contract, including at least the minimum required warranty period and the requirement to be employed under an employment contract, is set out in Chapter III of the SWZ and in the procurement documents constituting attachments to the SWZ.
