RENOVATION, MODERNISATION OF A MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDING IN THE LOCKER-ROOM – SANITARY AREA ON THE PREMISES OF THE MUNICIPAL STADIUM IN LEGIONOWO 1. The Contracting Authority commissions and the Contractor undertakes to carry out the renovation and modernisation of the multifunctional building in the locker-room – sanitary area on the premises of the Municipal Stadium in Legionowo. 3. The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract on the basis of the construction design (Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ) and the bill of quantities/works schedule (Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ). 4. All works included in the scope of the contract must be carried out with the utmost care, in accordance with the applicable standards and provisions of law, the principles of contemporary technical knowledge, and to use construction and plumbing materials and products that have declarations of conformity or certificates of conformity with the Polish Standards and corresponding European Standards, having valid technical approvals for use and declarations of conformity issued by the Building Research Institute. 5.
