Starowiejska) The subject of the contract are construction works, within the meaning of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the repair of an unpaved road surface, involving strengthening the road structure with aggregate — county road No. 1508C Niemcz – Jarużyn (forest section – Jarużyn - Osielsko from the intersection with ul. Starowiejska).1. The description of the subject of the contract is specified by the design documentation and the Detailed Technical Specification (DTS).2. This documentation is attached to the contract notice and is available on the website of the proceeding.3. The route runs along the trace of the currently used road within the forest area — ul.
