Surfacing repair of ul. św. Antoniego in Swadzim 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out surfacing repairs of ul. św. Antoniego in Swadzim. 2. The scope of work for the task that is the subject of the procedure is described in detail in the project documentation, the technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, and in the bill of quantities for the road industry. Any catalogue items are provided solely to facilitate the preparation of cost estimates—using them for pricing is not mandatory. The technical specifications, bill of quantities and the project constitute an attachment to these specifications. The quality requirements for elements forming part of the subject of the contract are described in the project documentation, in particular in the technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract is covered by an 84-month warranty and guarantee, with the reservation that the warranty and guarantee period for horizontal marking is 36 months. 4.
