Renovation of a section of the county road No. 1213B - Barszcze – Pruska – Tajno Łanowe – Netta Druga 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works under the name: “Renovation of a section of county road No. 1213B - Barszcze – Pruska – Tajno Łanowe – Netta Druga” with a length of 1.2 km - from km 10+600.00 to km 11+800.00. ATTENTION! 2. The Contracting Authority informs that if the amount which it intends to allocate to finance the contract turns out to be lower than the price of the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to limit the substantive scope of the contract by shortening the road section to be renovated, so that the contract execution price falls within the amount that the Contracting Authority may allocate for its financing. 3. The minimum scope of the contract that will be awarded includes renovation of a road section with a length of 0.8 km. The Contracting Authority will not award a contract for a scope smaller than that specified in the preceding sentence. 4.
